Thai Cooking Classes - Winter Session 2012
After a successful fall cooking series, we're already planning our next classes.

Treat your loved one to a specially designed Valentine's menu. Learn to make Sarong Sawatdee Special, Supenn's Thai Style Pasta, and fried banana and sweet sticky rice for dessert.

In March, take these two classes back-to-back to learn everything you need to know to make delicious Thai food in the comfort of your own home. In the Class 1, learn how to prepare appetizers and entree soups. We will begin with an introduction to Thai spices. Everyone will get to roll their own Fresh Spring Roll and our Famous Sue's Egg Roll. Then, Supenn will teach you the technique for balancing the delicate flavors of spicy, sweet, sour, salty, and bitter in Toam Yum Soup and Chicken and Coconut Milk Soup.

In the second class (Class 2), you will learn how to prepare salad, curry and noodle dishes. Here you will be taken on a tour of Thailand with Som Tum Salad (Papaya Salad), Red Curry, and the all time favorite Pad Thai.
