Meal #1: In this class, you will learn how to prepare a delicious Thai
meal including Fresh Spring rolls, Egg rolls, Savory Toam Yum with shrimp, and
red curry. In addition, an introduction to Thai spices will be given. This is

Meal #2: If you enjoy the unique blend of spices in Thai cooking, we have
a class for you! This class will teach you to balance the delicate flavors of
sweet, sour, and salty in Papaya salad (Som Tum) and the all time favorite, Pad
Thai (the national dish of Thailand). In Addition, you will also learn to make
fried rice. To get the most out of your experience take the Thai 1 class first
if you plan to take Thai 2. Do your taste buds a favor and register now!
